Yeah, monk is the only reliable way to get up to rank 3.
My personal favorite, boon-prot:
11+4 divine favor
10+1 prot
10 inspiration magic
[reversal of fortune][guardian][prot spirit][contemplation of purity][inspired hex][mantra of recall{e}][divine boon][res sig]
Keep up boon at all times, and use matra of recall as often as possible. Use CoP only when under heavy attack or when stacked with hexes. RoF is your primary heal, guardian secondary, and prot spirit used on allies under heavy attack. Remember that overhealing is the monk's second worst offense.
Active prot
10+1 divine favor
11+4 prot
10 inspiration magic
[restore condition{e}][guardian][prot spirit][Contemplation of purity][aegis][channeling][inspired hex][res sig]
If your feeling big, switch out inspired hex for drain enchantment. Personally, I find my hands too full most of the time to tab-check the enemies for enchantments.
Restore condition is your primary heal, but use only on people with conditions, and pay special attention to your martyr. Use aegis whenever possibile and sensible to give your team a huge advantage. Keep channeling up to keep the energy flowing.
WoH/Hp monk
11+4 healing
10+1 divine favor
10 inspiration magic
[Word of healing{e}][dwayna's kiss][orison of healing][heal party][healing touch][channeling][inspired hex][res sig]
Again, you can swap out inspired hex for drain enchantment.
Dwayna's kiss and orison of healing are your primary heals. WoH should be used only when teammates are below half health, to maximize energy efficiency. Use heal party only when you have enough energy to do so, i would suggest at least 25 since HP takes 15.
I've never played sb/infuse, so I can't help you there...All these build take loads of practice to be good with, btw.

drop the rez sig if you are monking in HA - i know this breaks the fundamental rules of the entire universe and I can hear the cries of "zomg no rez?" even from my lonely desk here. Also, despite the fact that you CAN drop insipred hex for drain enchant, why would you? Inspired hex is not just energy management, it is HEX REMOVAL - which all your builds lack. The active prot bar you listed should drop the rez sig for either Reversal of Fortune or Convert Hexes, I prefer Convert due to high amounts of heavy hex teams these days. On your woh/hp bar the rez should be replaced by either holy veil or smite hex (no points in smiting though) for even more hex removal.
Sb/Infuser (at least how I play it)
16 heal, 11 divine, 8 inspiration
20/20 Heal Insightful Staff of Enchanting
1. channeling
2. healing seed
3. spell breaker
4. orison of healing
5. infuse health
6. healing touch
7. heal party or holy veil or smite hex
8. inspired hex
Of the 3 main types of monks you see in HA, I give this role my vote as being the hardest to master and if you (or your pc) are prone to lag, I recommend not even trying as this build is all about reaction time (even more so than other monk builds).

Yea, there we go again. I personally wouldnt use a boon prot. but ah well
The reasons why not to use a boon prot because you will get e searched a lot in Heroes Ascent and also, every little bit of energy is useful as a monk. The extra 2 energy will make it more difficult for you. But yes i have to say in my r0 days i also ran a divine boon monk and it worked nice because its the only way the get heavy healing on your own. But on the other side.. at one moment your energy will be at 0 faster then when not running divine boon. Also I see you heal too much sometimes with boon.
And another thing the prot spells are spells to prevent damage.. So when you pre prot someone.. You spend the 2 extra energy which is actually not needed..
